Participant Guidelines
REGISTRATION
It is essential that all participants register on-line on this Registration form not later than on 15th June 2011. Bank charges are the responsibility of participants! Each participant obtains automaticaly payment details after registration by e-mail.(The deadline has been extended - please disregard any other deadline in the automaticaly generated email) Registration will be completed by paying the appropriate amount - then you will receive a confirmation (invoice). Payment cannot be refunded in the case of non-attendance. Payment “on arrival” is only possible in extraordinary cases and if arranged in advance!
Bioacademy Check-in is in main entrance to Horticultural faculty MZLU and will be open as follows: Tuesday June 29/6 4:30 – 6:00 pm Wednesday 30/6 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Thuersday 1/7 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

The price includes full participation in all plenar events and one of the Bioacademy 2010 workshops on 30th June and 1st July, organic quality breakfasts, lunches and refreshments and participation in Ceremonial Evening in Lednice park (on Thu 30th June). Organic wine and cheeses tasting will be held in Valtické podzemí (page only in Czech) Excursions will také place during conference (ACCOMPANYING EVENTS)
