• a) excursion A: organic-products basket system in the CR (Brno) – shop excursion, farm excursion
• b) wellness, castle tour, sightseeing, boats

Evening – wine-cellar – organic wine and regional organic products from Czech farmers

• Workshop D (max. 40 person): Organic regions - BIOREGIONS of Austria and Poland:

Meetings (farmers associations, advisory system etc.) + free program – wellness, castle tour etc.

Parallel all day programme: excursion especially for the farmers and organic shops:

• excursion B (Czech republic): 2 organic farms – proceeding and marketing of the farm products
• excursion C (Austria): organic region (Moorbad Harbach)

Project of bioregion Moorbad Harbach combines farmers, traders and fine gastronomy, as well as the nature and economies in a manner beneficial to all parties.

Evening – ceremonial event in Lednice (minaret). Official closing of Bioacademy 2011

• excursion D - Brno (Czech republic): organic shops, organic restaurant Rebio (excursion to the partner farm), technology of vegetable growing and its impact
